We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Shoes must show no signs of wear or damage
Note: For hygiene reasons, insoles cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All sales of insoles are final.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) in the original box with all included materials. Include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you via email about the approval status.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size or style changes):

- In your initial email, specify the replacement item you’d like
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
